Home cooking on the indoor grill.

I have this nice indoor grill not at all like a George Foreman type. Very versatile with removable grill head for easy cleaning. I can cook several items at the same time with no problem. It has a "sear" temp feature for finishing steaks.

Here is a juicy bacon wrapped filet with grilled asparagus and snow crab leg cluster. Yummy.

This before and after photo is of seasoned lamb loin chops with grilled asparagus, red potatoes and prawns on the grill.

On the plate with Marx Bros. tsatsiki sauce, the shrimp with Summit Spice lemon herb aioli and a nice, crisp Gnarly head Chardonnay. BTW, I have no idea where they get the names of these vineyards.

Here is another before and after presentation: Seasoned pork loin chops with prosciutto wrapped asparagus and a split king crab claw.

The prosciutto wrapped asparagus doesn't really need to be cooked as the asp spears are already blanched and of course the ham is smoked. The chops are seasoned with Mr. Prime Beef steak seasoning lightly.

Okay, down to dinner. That Summit Spice aioli for the crab, some garlic pasta and a nice Pinot Gris. Life is good.
